1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fixmet ("fixmet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://fixmet.net ("the Website"). By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the fixmet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

fixmet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the fixmet platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the fixmet platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms apply to all areas of the fixmet platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, crash games, bonuses, promotions, and customer support interactions. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or game categories may be published separately; those supplementary terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version (if provided for informational purposes), the English text shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

fixmet operates strictly as an adults-only platform . You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and use any part of the fixmet platform. By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

fixmet takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Access to the platform may be suspended pending satisfactory verification. If a player is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made may be returned at fixmet's discretion after deducting applicable game costs.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all players:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by fixmet or any third-party responsible gaming body.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the fixmet platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of fixmet or any of its affiliated game providers.

fixmet targets the Bangladesh market and operates in English for Bangladeshi players. Players must be aged 18 or above as required. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that your use does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access any real-money features of the fixmet platform, you are required to create a single registered account. Registration is free of charge. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on fixmet. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support at [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fixmet conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last 90 days showing your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within 14 days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. Persistent failure to comply may lead to permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your fixmet account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fixmet will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact fixmet support immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be secured.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the fixmet platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fixmet does not apply hidden currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your fixmet account represents the exact amount in BDT available for wagering or withdrawal.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fixmet currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status; players are advised to check the cashier section of their account for current limits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your fixmet account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours. fixmet is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by fixmet's payments team within 24 hours of submission, subject to satisfactory KYC verification being in place. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. fixmet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the fixmet account.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

fixmet maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits must be made from payment methods that belong to you personally. fixmet does not accept deposits from third parties. If fixmet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction is connected to money laundering or any other illegal activity, the relevant funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Players are reminded that all winnings are subject to any applicable local tax obligations, and fixmet does not provide tax advice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fixmet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket reload promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply across all fixmet promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your fixmet account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. fixmet is not obligated to provide notice before a bonus expires.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fixmet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the accounts of players who are found to be abusing the bonus system. Prohibited activities include:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Hedging bets using bonus funds to reduce risk in a manner not consistent with genuine gameplay.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions in order to claim a bonus.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fixmet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You must not engage in any activity that could harm fixmet, its staff, other players, or the integrity of the games offered on the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fixmet platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. If you discover a bug, you are required to report it to [email protected] immediately and must not attempt to profit from it.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or live table games.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fixmet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the fixmet platform or any other player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting in connection with sports events offered on the fixmet sportsbook.

fixmet employs real-time transaction monitoring and game integrity tools to detect prohibited conduct. Any account found in breach of these obligations will be suspended immediately pending investigation. fixmet reserves the right to close accounts permanently and void all associated balances where a serious breach is confirmed.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

fixmet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under fixmet's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• A player's registration on a self-exclusion database.
• Sustained inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

If your account is closed by fixmet due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In cases where closure is initiated by the player or for non-breach reasons, any verified remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 7 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

To voluntarily close your account, contact fixmet support at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Your request will be processed within 48 hours. Note that closing your account does not cancel any active self-exclusion periods already in place.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fixmet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the fixmet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond fixmet's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks.
• Any financial losses arising from your participation in games or sports betting, which are activities that carry inherent risk.

In any event, fixmet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their fixmet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fixmet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.

8.1 Force Majeure

fixmet shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or widespread internet outages affecting Bangladesh or the region.

8.2 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and fixmet, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. fixmet will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
